Menvazo does not guarantee that product colors, textures, or quality will exactly match on-screen representations or personal expectations.
All product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales by person, region, or jurisdiction at our sole discretion.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Menvazo reserves the right to accept, reject, modify, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued. Please review your order carefully before submission, as cancellations or changes may not be possible once an order is confirmed.
All purchases are subject exclusively to our Return & Refund Policy.
You represent that all purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale, redistribution, or export unless expressly authorized by Menvazo.

All prices, discounts, and promotional offers displayed on the Services are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price displayed at checkout at the time your order is submitted and confirmed.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, listed prices do not include sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), shipping and handling fees, customs duties, or import charges, all of which may be added to your total order amount and remain your responsibility.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment authorization cannot be obtained, if payment information is inaccurate or invalid, or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All shipping and delivery timeframes provided through the Services are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Menvazo shall not be responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to you once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier. Any delivery issues occurring after this transfer must be addressed directly with the carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

All content made available through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, videos, designs, trademarks, and software, is the property of Menvazo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Menvazo operates its store independently but uses Shopify as its e-commerce platform. All purchases, transactions, and contractual relationships formed through the Services are strictly between you and Menvazo.
You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the Services, including product quality, fulfillment, customer support, or disputes, and you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from your transactions with Menvazo.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Menvazo, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Services, your use of the Services, or any transactions conducted through the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
